We’re excited to share that Comme Prahran has been given the green light. Located opposite the iconic Prahran Market, Comme will bring together residences, retail, dining and public spaces in the heart of one of Melbourne’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
Designed by Cera Stribley, the project will weave heritage façades into a contemporary eight-level form, offering 32 wellness-centred residences alongside a curated village experience. A rare opportunity to live opposite Australia’s oldest-running food market, with wellness, culture and community at its core.
